Bureau of advocates – Universal was registered in the Ministry of Justice on 19.04.2022 and started operating on 31.05.2022. Our main goal is to protect the rights, freedoms and legally protected interests of juridical and natural persons based on the legislation on advocates and advocate activity, the constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and other legislative acts, as well as international agreements in which the Republic of Azerbaijan is member or supports, and to provide them with high-quality legal support. Moreover we provide various oral and written advices, explanations, references related to legal issues to every citizen or legal entities, we represent legal entities in different legal realtions, draw up certain applications and prepare complaint documents, provide necessary legal assistance to individuals and legal entities. We act according to the principles of fairness, humanism, transparency, confidentiality, democracy, independence and the rule of law.
In the office of our Bureau, all conditions for providing high-quality legal assistance to employees and citizens are provided. The office is equipped with spacious rooms, new furniture and technical equipments.
Our qualified personnel, advocates, have mastered the legislative norms at a high level and have excellent experience. Our advocates are experienced who have worked in the judicial legal system and other state bodies for many years.
After a confidential conversation with the person who applied to our office, if the term of the services are agreed, the service is provided according to the contract concluded with those persons.
