Gurbanov Nurlan
Nurlan Gurbanov is an advocate in the Bureau of advocates - Universal, member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He specializes in the protection of rights in courts - administrative offences, labor, family, civil and other fields (inheritance, intellectual property rights, legal issues in the field of execution of court decisions - auction issues, providing legal services to legal entities in the corporate field).

By working in the Yasamal district court of Baku city, he directly participated in the judicial settlement of civil, administrative and criminal disputes of various natures, supervised the correct course of court proceedings, the timely drafting of court protocols, the preparation of draft resolutions, the delivery of court decisions to court participants, the parties in various proceedings answered their requests.
He worked as a lawyer at Unibank KB, one of the largest established private banks of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and then he was promoted to the position of the head of the debt recovery department. Ensured collection of debts in Unibank KB according to the plan, protected bank's interests both in out-of-court negotiations, in the enforcement process, and in court proceedings.
During the long-term work in the department of court affairs both in the court and in the bank, the establishment of an effective court strategy contributed to the achievement of successful results in the first instance, in the courts of appeals, in the Supreme Court, both as a plaintiff and as a defendant.
