Enforcement services
Enforcement legislation is based on the principles of ensuring the rule of law and the equality of all before the law, objectivity, and justice.
In the Republic of Azerbaijan, the compulsory execution of decisions of courts and other bodies is carried out by executive officers.
The powers of executive officers are determined by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The Law on Enforcement establishes the rules and conditions for the compulsory execution of the part of the judgments and decisions of the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan, international arbitrations and jury courts, courts and arbitrations of foreign countries on civil and commercial disputes, judgments and decisions on criminal cases, as well as court orders and other relevant decisions.
The requirements of the executive officer in connection with the execution of the decisions of the court and other bodies are mandatory for all bodies, legal entities, their officials and natural persons in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Persons who do not fulfill the requirements of executive officials in connection with the execution of the decisions of the court and other bodies, and who obstruct the performance of the tasks assigned to them, are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

- Legal advice and assessment of debt collection prospects;
- Preparation of necessary applications, petitions and other documents related to the execution of the court decision;
- Comprehensive support for the execution of the decision: from the receipt of the court act to the actual collection (completion of all actions);
- Searching for heirs when the debtor's company is dissolved or the debtor dies;
- Conducting negotiations with the debtor to speed up the collection procedure;
- Complaining about the actions and inactions of the bailiff service;
